About Us

Kintail Consulting was established in 2012. After the global financial crisis, in 2008, it became clear there was a need to offer organisations support to help them protect against similar periods of economic stress and to not only survive but thrive in an increasingly volatile and complicated world.

It was obvious that there was a need for organisations to have robust but agile strategies and resilient leadership to help them navigate through constant change, realise opportunities and to succeed in a world of uncertainty.

Execution of strategy is key and at times difficult. Organisations need great leaders and people with the best skills and behaviours to succeed where others have fallen short.

With this in mind Kintail Consulting was formed to do three things:

  1. Support organisations in the development of robust and agile strategy
  2. Develop resilient leaders who can execute strategy and transform their organisations
  3. Give people the skills and behaviours to help them and their organisation grow

We believe that a sustainable peak performing culture, that supports the long term success of an organisation, is key and can be achieved providing there is a clear vision, robust and agile strategy, great leadership and an highly motivated and skilled workforce.
