We have been involved in a range of projects with organisations, from a variety of sectors.

Organisational Transformation

Working with the senior executive, we helped define a vision, values and strategy for a TMT FTSE 100 organisation.

A leadership development programme was introduced to build capability and enable the leaders to execute the strategy.

The organisational transformation was successful, with the organisation achieving its strategic objectives earlier than expected.

Leadership Approach

Working with a central bank, we helped the senior team re-define their leadership framework. This enabled a drive towards a new set of behaviours and culture, designed to re-connect the bank with their customers and to rebuild trust, following the global financial crisis in 2007/8.

We ran a series of consultations, focus groups, workshops and leadership development programmes to embed the framework and new leadership approach. New leadership behaviour helped transform the bank. A new culture was established and the bank has now fully re-established itself with its customers.

Leadership Development

We have worked with several international investment banks, retail banks and other financial organizations helping them to develop their leaders. As part of the programmes we conducted behavioural analysis using a variety of psychometrics in including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Pearman Integrator and the EQi 2.0/360. This was followed by seminars, modular based workshops and executive coaching.

Through a clear focus on areas such as delivering presentations in an inspiring and influential way, leading through periods of change, developing a peak performing team culture and inspiring others, the leaders abilities to lead strategically, authentically and in an inspiring way were markedly improved.

Presentation Skills

We worked with an international law firm, helping its partners to engage with clients more effectively during meetings and presentations. We also helped the senior associates with their commercial skills and their ability to develop new business opportunities.

We recently ran a presentation skills programme for a team of equity analysts in an international bank. The analysts were able to implement what they learned immediately in morning meetings. The results were instant, resulting in the analysts influencing trading decisions more effectively.

Business Development Skills

We were closely involved with a bid team of a top tier management consultancy firm and helped to develop their ability to win business through a consultative partnership sales approach. As a result of their success in analysing a pitch requirement and delivering a pitch they are now a strategic business development and sales team for the wider firm.
