We develop leadership self awareness using a number of behavioural analysis psychometric questionnaires that look at personality type, behavioural strengths, levels of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and by giving leaders the tools to develop their Authentic Leadership.
The psychometrics we are certified to use are the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Pearman Personality Integrator, the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 emotional intelligence assessments and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
We develop leaders ability to empower and motivate team members using tools such as delegation, coaching, mentoring and feedback all within the framework of Performance Development.
Using the Kintail Consulting Peak Performing Team model we give leaders the tools to create their own Peak Performing team.
This workshop develops leaders so that they can lead change and innovation in their organisation. It develops their ability to become strategic leaders.
