Our Management and Leadership programme has 8 lessons, which are broken down into short topics. Each lesson can be accessed as a separate course if there is a specific need. For example you might want to focus on Coaching, Delegation, Leading Teams or Leading Change. SEERS is designed to be flexible so that you can either take the full course of just one lesson.
Kintail Online is also incredibly interactive. There is video content for each course, lesson and topic. There are downloadable workbooks that support each lesson. There are supporting slides, activities and case studies with each lesson. There is also the opportunity to support the online learning with face to face interaction with fellow course attendees and the course coach through webinars and one to one discussions. This additional layer enhances the learning experience, ensuring what is learned online is reinforced and as a result, the change in mindset, behaviour and transfer of skills back into the working environment are much greater.
