Our coaches have extensive experience of coaching individuals and teams. We coach senior executives, partners in professional services firms, technical specialist, director level leaders and senior leadership teams.
Individual coaching focuses on a number of different themes. Recent examples are senior level leadership, the ability to communicate with impact and influence, presentational skills, mindset and business development skills.
We use a variety of tools and techniques to help coaching interactions and are qualified to use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Pearman Personality Integrator , the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 emotional intelligence indicator and NLP techniques.
Team coaching focuses on supporting team development and helping teams work through complex strategic and operational challenges. Our methods facilitate and challenge teams thinking with the aim of helping them achieve critical goals.
