Coaching Skills for Managers

This course gives managers the skills and techniques to become a coach to their team members and helps them create a culture of coaching within their organisation. The course focuses on the skills and behaviours needed to be a great coach and shows managers how they can use a coaching style in every interaction they have with team members. It gives managers the opportunity to create a very proactive environment in which team members are empowered and encouraged to learn and to grow.
